Circular Reasoning: How to Short Circuit Your Critical Thinking
circular reasoning is a good way to kind of effectively short circuit our critical thinking. Church leaders always want to tap into that area that you do have faith that you need to bolster when you find problems. And so if we keep working in this circle that always leads to that predetermined conclusion, it keeps us from looking at the underlying problem in an objective manner. It really is in no way making sense as far as discerning truth, but it does work to keep us from questioning.
