The Effect of Higher Education on Agentic Behavior

Do you think there's something going on with the fact that pretty much all of our education in the United States shuttles people towards this kind of very hierarchical system? Do you have a sense of how things have changed or do you think it's been pretty steady over the past kind of 50 years or so? I think it's really, really hard to tell actually. It does seem like we are at a moment in time when people have maximal resources for free usually to make their own path and work for themselves. That is most likely a definition of agency because they're really like hardest in the brains of their opportunities.
