Rob Crocek: I work in Newton Investment Management, where I focus on liquid alternatives. He worked at Salient Partners for seven years and then joined a different bank of New York subsidiary called Mellon. We think there's a lot that you can do in alternative beta not to be seen as an alpha-driven investor. But there's stuff you can do between beta and alpha factors even though they have negative connotations.
