CHAPTER

Design Leads Design

We design the experience first, and then we implement the designed experience. We're considering having more of a floating model where we have these c x architects, which are tasked with a short term project go fix adoption in this circumstance. And they will design a system that is meant to drive more adoption, and pass that down to the c x engineers to make sure that that becomes a reality. It's whether it happens exactly like that or not is to be determined but that's kind of how i'm thinking about it right now.
