Introduction

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naphteli Bennett said in an interview that was posted on his YouTube channel over the weekend that the US and its Western allies blocked his efforts of mediating between Russia and Ukraine to bring an end to the war. During his mediation efforts, both sides agreed to major concessions. For the Russian side, he said they dropped de-notification as a requirement for a ceasefire, which Bennett defined basically meant regime change and the removal of Zelensky. And for the Ukrainian side Zelensky renounced that he would seek NATO membership.
