Over the course of seven years, i believe in two thousand 16, you were number three, and then two thousand 17. You need to love what you're doing for reasons beyond the acolade, right? The acolade is not your reason for being. It's the celebration for the work you're doing in pursuit of a passion. One of the biggest things about the culture was that it was always based on the spirit of collaboration. A hundred and 50 brains would always be much more powerful than one or two at the top. Every year we'd close the restaurant for a couple of days and have strategic planning. And our belief system was that restaurants are where you should go to
