Breaking the Three

Break into three is usually something that gives hope. It could be a clue, a piece of evidence or a new realization about the plot. In some movies, it's a pick me up speech and this movie has one of the great speeches. That speech kind of sort of elevates the movie almost to the next level at that point. Their agency is renewed instead of wallowing in the ground. And then it kicks into that thing we talked about. Let's make a plan for the third act.
