Are Machines Enable Us to Double Down on Being Humans?
Businesses need to find a balance between the work that machines are good at and can do, and the work that humans can do. The ability to learn becomes massively more important than specific skill in any one process because of the pace of change. Our education system is still one that we use for the first industrial revolution. At the moment, we are teaching our kids to remember facts, and we train them to pass exams - which is hugely frustrating. And i wish we' get rid of exams and actually focus on the skills that we will need.
