Soup hollows are basically like extenders of the corps system. They say they do about one tenth of the business of a dark kitchen, but they'll have ten of those for every dark kitchen. So you've got this operational footprint that's at one, two, three levels,. Dark kitchens, urban distribution, colocation, super cellars. That gets you a tremendous operational footprint for distribution and delivery.
