Let's Let Go in the Netherlands

In turms, when you need to make a change in your work force, you can do it fairly easily and provide a fair amount of compensation for severance. Go to other country, its not so simple. In netherlands, it's very, very through slation. You have to really do it, last person in, first person out. So the worst part is, you're growing fast, and you're getting people. It wasn't until the fall of two thousand 20 that we actually started letting people go in the netherlands and in certain parts of europe.
