The fedcher jerome powell sat down to have a discussion with a representative of the cato institute, one of the more freemarket libertarian orientat think tanks here in the united states. Powell blamed inflation on public expectations that if the public expects inflation, well they're going to get inflation. Now, all this is a bunh of nonsense.
