The Market's Expectations for the Next Phase of the Market
It's not going to be all one way traffic and we're not expecting that. That strong growth upswing to just kick in as soon as we do find this magical bottom of the market, which might be here or be here very soon. But by region it's going to differ quite a lot as well. And I think we're going to say that that why differing performance throughout the country as we move through this next phase of the market will really shine shine through with that different performance. So yeah, plenty to plenty to watch for.
