Azure Perview

The product is currently in public preview. We've been testing the product with a lot of customers who have signed up and we're getting great feedback. It's likely to be generally available sometime in the second half of the calendar year. You definitely need to have an Azure account with an active subscription. The account must have permissions to create resources under your subscription.
