A Jury of Experts on a Law

Instead of people who run for positions of power, I do think it should be as a service instead. That way you ensure that the people making that specific law understands the information well and they have no game to play. They're not seeking power. They're doing a term of service and helping to make the world a better place. It's visible, it's short lived, maybe it is or isn't compensated. But it should not be a status game and it is turn of pain.
