The Power of Tension

I think the movie's trying to say that his gaslighting of her is the only power he has over her left. He never had it to begin with. The problem is, I'm trying to define this for who's listening. But no, you make a good point because, and this is, goes back to what the original writer said there. This is a Superman character. How do we contain a Superman character? What's the weakness?
