If you're trying to stop violence between groups, you have to actually try diagnose. The rule with a lot of violence reduction programmes is at to be, it has to look at the set of individuals and leaders who are partaking n this. Tha aim for a universal brotherhood and sisterhood is much simpler than helping people loathing one another in peace.
