Is There Risk Absorption in the System?

Very few are comfortable taking on the momentum trade. That's why we have seen equities recover even though inflation is seven%. And what the other thing people have discovered is that we lack inherent liquidity. I was talking to some one who told me that they had difficulty trading microsoft, that when the paradime changes at that moment, there isn't risk absorption in the system. i think we have to get used to the fact that when the liquidity goes out, we are going to have a lot more volatility," he says.
