Are You Ready to Pass Every Level Without Symptoms Coming Back?
If an athlete is symptom free very early, the return to play protocol now is that you slowly increase activity until you can pass all these levels without symptoms returning. So light exercise, heavier exercisedoing your sport, but without contact, and then going through a practice and then a game. And ideally there is 24 hours in between those. Even though these games might be really big and important at times, it's really important to protect them.
