Nepotism Is a Bad Idea
There's something to be said for trust. It's better to have somebody there whom you can trust 100% than someone who may do a better job, but you can only trust 50%. I think where it happens is because people are trying to insulate themselves from i agree. You should really just put the best person in the best position and try to give your loved ones or friends cushy positions that aren't superimportant,. unless they're qualified for it.
