A lot of the more recent immigrants, especially from countries in the South Africa are doing much better than immigrants from the Caribbean. Is it that similarly to the United States, the group of people who's coming in from can you Nigeria, etc., is more selected? Or is part of it about the timing where perhaps the structural obstacles that made it hard for people to succeed 40 or 50 years ago when a lot of the Caribbean immigrants came to the country were just actually much worse than they are today?, she asks.
