Kevin Trudeau was fined $5.1 million and banned from selling anything on TV or radio, including books for three years. The FTC ruled in 2007 that Kevin Trudeau had again violated the 2004 final order by misleading thousands of customers about the difficulty of his diet. "It's freedom of speech. Clearly it's false advertising," Justin says.
