How Do You Decide What to Work On?

There are three full time engineers at Tupla, and two part time. They have a monthly product meeting to talk about what the next few weeks will be. It's been kind of too casual, i would say, or a little bit too, like, on the fly,. And this month wey're oing to do this large, scary project. That doesn't feel it quite long enough. We' ave to really think about it first.
