How Did You Come Facilitation?
Frida Ghitis: How did you come facilitation? What was your own path? She says her first jobs were about figuring out the right answer quickly by herself. From there she became a full time facilitator and learned her craft, mostly in south africa. Her work has been in kind of the main consulting world for 30 years. And it really struck me, coming from the art hosting world, where i think there's a lot of emphasis on the mystery and the removal of obstacles.
