Safety has to take the primacy over punctuality or train running. There is a need for more focus on things like Kavach track renewal, elimination of level crossings and so on. We have eliminated unmanned level crossing. Your time has come to eliminate even manned level crossings which can cause delay and sectional capacity going down. So great separation is the solution.
