Liberal Democracies Should Not Adjudicate on Moral Matters

The liberal state should not try and adjudicate on moral matters, he says. And so allowing abortion is kind of the default position then, because you might say, look, there might be very good arguments on both sides. He adds that one thing democracy is susceptible to is the majority imposing their will in a really problematic way on the minority.
