The Importance of Cash in Investing
I keep a lot more cash even though like worst case it's gonna go down 20 30 percent in the market. When I need cash I borrow it against my stock portfolio just to keep your money invested for long term and not have to pay taxes. As a 43-year-old with two kids it's cut I refuse to go back like I can't go back.
