The Gospel of Mark: The Condensed Version

Mark is thought to be the oldest of the gospels. It seems on first reading to be a kind of nuts and bolts version or kind of a cut down version of the life of Jesus. But if you start paying attention to it and you realize what this author is doing, it is flat out amazing. I think it's an astounding book that people don't pay attention to and they really should because of the craft that goes into this book.
