The Congenital Defect of Philosophers
Nietzsche says the moral or immoral intentions in every philosophy constituted the real germ from which the entire plant had grown. The philosopher takes what's near and dear to him and represents it as the whole world. In the case of Schopenhauer, he has this very strong sexual impulse that he feels at war with. And thus he embraces the philosophy of the aesthetic of conquering and tyrannizing over one's own impulses.
