The Global Propaganda Campaign by the West Failed to Impact Audiences
America's Avril Haines said that the U.S. had three goals in debunking or pre-bunking the false narrative from Russia: First, they wanted to counter Russia's talking points; second, they wantedto impact or change the minds of Russians themselves and third, they were trying to influence Moscow's allies as well. But did this propaganda campaign succeed? She says it didn't have a big effect on foreign leaders but was successful with their own people. That is not supposed to happen at the CIA -- you know what I'm sayin'?! This isn't some conspiracy theory. It's happening.
