How Nurses Break Into the Informatics World
Digital is not a known specialty, especially amongst nursing and mid with free AHP's level. It's on anecdotes and what I've seen out there is becoming more known with doctors. But nurses, as soon as you mentioned digital, they turn away and it's like, it's not me. Don't do digital. Despite the fact they'll do home banking, home shopping and everything else on their phone. And in a way people have to be engaged and come aboard. Otherwise they'll get left behind. So even if I take away nursing midwifery, it's everybody really, even admin staff need to be involved in digital. Yeah.
