The layer two platform is this idea that what i want to do is i want to just take. a crate of cash, if you will, and move it much less at risk. And there isn't a need for just one or two platforms like lightning. There are lot of lay or two platforms that'll be centralized because they need to be regulated in order to meet regulatory obligations.
