The Different Levels of Motivation

In 2009, you said that most businesses haven't caught up to this new understanding of what motivates us. Do you feel like there's been some progress made or do you still see a pretty big gap? I think there is a recognition of some of the, the, it's, I think it's less of a recognition of the underlying science, which we can talk about. But in its more of a recognition that the old mechanisms just aren't working very well and that if you deploy some of these newer mechanisms, they're actually more effective.
