I really believe in having some systems and operating procedures for the buyer that aren't just in your head or scribbled out in an organized folder. So when I'm sitting down with a seller, I want them to feel like they can open up to me about their concerns. And then you do the same thing like well you know I'm also scared about the marketing and you take them to the market and hear everything that we've tried over the past two years that hasn't worked. You're not doing the exact same things or maybe you wanted to switch it up and try it in a different way. That alone is really valuable. We have this whole starter mentality which is always funny and interesting
