You know doctor it's obviously hard to make a building that's invulnerable to a major earthquake but I have read that building codes in this region were an issue with this specific one in perhaps exacerbating the injuries and the deaths. Yeah very important I mean I think we sometimes build codes seem seem not tangible but we need we should think of building codes like a helmet or a seat belt where if you don't implement and have inspections of building codes buildings will fall down.
