How to Build a Vertical Approach to Your Business
Get really clear on who you're focusing on and what you're doing for them. Do it for them for a while. Begin to recognize patterns in the work that you're doing. Try, you know, look at it from a productization perspective. What could we package up, put a price on it and merchandise that individually as a way to bring more people in? Yeah. I don't know why you wouldn't want to experiment with that at least. You could try a product I service, see how it goes. There's a great book on this called Built to Sell by John Warlow.
