What Can We Learn From All This?

For people who are in the middle of their career, they might some of them might be doing making some of those mistakes I've made. This is a way of getting help rather than just coming or relying on ourselves saying, oh, I already know that I can do this myself. That's my mistake. And it's all about not just mistake avoidance or misstep avoidance. It's for sure it's that, but it's about taking somebody who's good and making them better.
