Prototyping and Iterating Your Story

How do you test stories to know what resonates with an audience? It's kind of a montre around here for what we ask each other when we're doing a critique of somebody else's a meridovt at a rehearsal or a practice session. I mean, it sounds so basic to say, but just start rit to tell me, ah, tell me what your story is about. So that could be just as easy as you and i having a conversation, and you saing, well, i think the story is about x wyenzi.
