How to Get to Sleep After a Bad Night's Sleep

If i have an alarm set and i don't have to get out of bed for something specific, i will turn it off and sleep as late as I can. Usually seven 30 is when i have toget out of bed regardless of whether i've slept well or not. Just napping, maybe actually being asleep a 30 forty five minutes can really make a big difference aftera bad night's sleep. Andsomething else that has helped me is to just remind myself that i will probably sleep a lot better the night following a bad night'sSleep.
