It was talked about in the glasgow climate pact, but again, no teeth behind the what was agreed upon. Now, there were several agreements between countries that didn't include all s at the conference, but may have a pretty significant impact on the global response to the climate crisis. And one that stands out is this vague, yet positive feeling us. China agreement that paticlly says that both countries are going to do more to work together to combat the climaterisis.
