"I want it to be believable, especially in infantasy when you've got the word verisimilitude," says author. "To produce that sense of realness over top of fiction is so important." The trilogy includes a fight between two people who are fighting with their fists and some other rituals used for invoking deities. It was inspired by historical events such as John f Kennedy's assassination on November 22, 1963 - just weeks before he died.
