Delegation - You Can't Do This

i found myself watching myself and how i delegated. And with those folks who cut a wide swath at centre toln, with other little businesses, we have i was able to say, look, i want you to do your best and do this. It really goes back to the mine set example. You have to change your mind set to where you're a finger pointer rather than somebody who does the work. I like that to be a finger pointer. That's what you want to be, right? Move into that role. Looking forward to going to kentucky.
