One of the things that we talk about a lot on this podcast is size of business to buy. Many will strenuously argue that you should buy as big as possible. In 300,000 or two to 300,000 SDE would be considered small. You again you were you were just you were over 300, but you also had kind of a management layer so one of the things to consider is not strictly look at the SDE number and then say, are there managers there?
