Is There a Way to Prevent People From Making Flashcards?

i wonder if there's anything some disincentivizing people from collaborating with each other and i i think i must have asked you this last time but are people graded on the curve such that uh if someone else does well no they might do worse. I had absurd situations okay like people getting really angry with me because i told them listen like your flashcards are really bad  and then when i told themListen it's not for me it's for you and your colleagues classmates call it whatever you want itYou have to think in like group logic i can't accept this flashcards not to slide to you but because people will suffer, he says.
