Rambas said let's get practical which you know it's not exactly immediate enlightenment but to me it is I just and this is off what he does the topic a little bit because he's talking about all of the ways in which we just grasp at life and it's never enough. So for me it's when people really start to go on and they get you know on the path on the spiritual path and they're trying to get to know themselves much more profoundly shall we say. Just starting with emptying out of the neurotic stuff right I call it de-escalate your bullshit I should do a book on that and I use myself as a starting point for sure.
