Using Iris Scans in the Samali Land Elections
Doctor boyer and his team helped develop the iris scan system at the request of the samali land election officials. The idea is to detect instances where one person has submitted multiple registrations. We believe they could use irish scans to detect over 90 % of the fraud attempts, and at the same time have only about 1 billion chance of saying that there was a fraud attempt when there was not.
