I've seen that there are all this learning that needs to happen as part of a doctoral program, which people aren't expecting. A lot of people arrive with writing skills definitely, but not expect that that's going to be a big shift in what they're doing. And so I think that that writing all sorts of different learning that happens on the PhD program. It may take them by surprise. They may want someone like you said to just walk them through what this might mean and how they can sort process that. So yes, absolutely comes out of, of hard one experience from both of us, I think really.
