The two editors of the course in general linguistics, Charles Bahie and Albert de Chejet, they very deliberately positioned themselves in the role of a disciple to their great master for the non-dissear. So here's this notion of a seance, of engaging in a kind of a reading of what the wandering ghost himself wants to say, what he believes. We can sort of imagine how the ghost would as it were be moving the hand and dictating what his own ideas actually were.
