How to Be a Better Teacher in a School With Disabilities
Good schools work closely with their parents and that specific child. There's this kind of mutual respect and compassion and sympathy built on that, kind of, on those kind of circumstances. You have to constantly justify whyle you're doing it. It takes a really long time. And the next class that comes up, you are undoubtedly going to have anothe another child with another specific need. Your teachers and your support staff invested in learning and developing themselves so that they can become advocates and champions for those children.
