The Role of Social Media in Polcing Acceptable Research
One of the things that we've seen over the last year or two on social media has been in- predominantly, I've seen it when it comes to artificial intelligence publications. And you have to ask yourself, how is this stuff getting through what is meant to be a very thorough and rigorous process? It's still getting through. On the plus side, what the internet, and not just social media, so I think more broadly on the internet, what's happening is that people are filling the gap that should be filled by the scientific establishment itself.
