Is There a Light at the End of the Tunnel?
I tried to always be very authentic and vulnerable as a leader. In early days, that meant me being like, yo, i'm afraid, like, i had a tough day to day. I miss people. And theni also, you know, we had a lot of setbacks on the franchise. You know, it couldn't have been worse timing for for our system. Could not have been better timing at all. But if there's one thing that separated the studios that were likely going to succeed versus those that weren't, was maturity. Man, these were all babies. It takes a village to work through that.
